Melamine in pet food may not be accidental - USATODAY.com

I rest my case....
Along the lines I previously hinted about, why feed commercial pet foods that contain ANY synthetic ingredients? It just doesn't make sense.
Laboratory-produced "fillers" such as gluten's, whey's, synthetic vitamins, they are all potentially harmful to us and our pets.
Keep in mind, that with high probability, the same gluten's and fillers found in the dog and cat foods, both moist and dry, may also be found in bird foods, as well as foods for other species of animals. How many birds have died from this same thing that have not been reported because the investigation is ongoing???...Guarantee..."We have not heard the last of this yet!"
